ARCHITECTURAL VINYL WRAPPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Quote
1.1. The quotation (“Quote”) becomes a legally binding agreement once the Client:
(a) signs the Quote,
(b) provides written approval, or
(c) pays any deposit.
1.2. Acceptance of the Quote confirms the Client’s agreement to the full Scope of Work, pricing, payment terms, and these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
2.1. The Scope of Work (“Scope”) includes only the items listed in the Quote.
2.2. Any additional work, modifications, or changes requested by the Client constitute a variation and must be approved and priced by Wrap Interior’s back-office team before execution.
2.3. Site applicators are not authorized to accept or commit to scope changes.
2.4. Additional Scope requires a new estimate and written Client approval before work proceeds.
2.5. Any leftover materials remain the property of Wrap Interior and will be returned to inventory.
3. Material Selection & Changes
3.1. Color, texture, and finish selections must be checked and approved by the Client.
3.2. Changes to material selection must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
3.3. Selection of unavailable material requires 6–8 days lead time and may affect the cost.
3.4. Consultants may advise on materials but are not responsible for the Client’s final selection.
3.5. Changing materials after work has been scheduled or commenced will be charged in full and may delay delivery.
3.6. Material selection is the sole responsibility of the client, our staff and interior designers will help and guide if needed.
3.7. Some material codes may carry a price premium which will be reflected in the quote once the selection has been made.
4. Custom Orders
4.1. Custom-order materials cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed, unless notification is received 7 days in advance.
4.2. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in the Client being charged 100% of the material cost.
5. Materials Delivered to Site
5.1. Excess material delivered to the site is safety stock to prevent work stoppages.
5.2. Such materials do not imply transfer of ownership and may be collected or returned to inventory at any time.
6. Surface Conditions & Preparation
6.1. Wrapping on uneven, damaged, or deteriorated surfaces will impact final finishing and is not the responsibility of Wrap Interior.
6.2. Application on uneven surfaces may require flattening solutions using Forex/Micron/PVC boards, which will be charged additionally.
6.3. Silicone work performed by Wrap Interior is not covered under warranty.
6.4. If deep cleaning is required, the Client is responsible for completing it before installation; otherwise quality finishing & warranty may be impacted.
7. Reversibility
7.1. The reversibility of wrapping is highly dependent on underlying surfaces.
7.2. Clients must request confirmation of reversibility prior to the wrapping being done.
7.3. Wrap Interior will assess and advise, but does not guarantee reversibility unless explicitly stated.
7.4. Reversibility does not include deep cleaning of the surfaces which will be required after the work is done.
8. Site Access, Permits & Safety
8.1. The Client is responsible for all permits, permissions, and access arrangements.
8.2. Failure to provide access on the scheduled day will incur a AED 2,000 charge and result in work being rescheduled to the next available date.
8.3. If the site is not ready upon the team’s arrival, this will be treated as a rescheduling, with applicable fees as stated in clause 8.2.
8.4. All valuable or fragile items must be removed from site. Wrap Interior is not liable for loss or damage to items left on site.
9. Scheduling, Postponements & Cancellations
9.1. Jobs may be postponed by the Client with 48 hours’ notice at no cost.
9.2. Postponements with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a AED 2,000 penalty.
9.3. If rescheduling is requested 7 days or less before installation, a 25% penalty of total project value applies.
9.4. Wrap Interior reserves the right to reschedule if site readiness, access, or conditions prevent start of work.
9.5. Deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations.
10. Payment Terms
10.1. Projects under AED 5,000 require 100% payment before work commences or materials ordered.
10.2. Projects above AED 5,000 require 80% payment before work commences or materials ordered.
10.3. If otherwise referenced in the Quote, a minimum of 70% deposit is mandatory before any work begins.
10.4. Deposits are non-refundable should the job be cancelled.
10.5. Balance payment is due immediately upon completion and prior to handover.
10.6. Delayed balance payments may result in voided warranty and interest charges.
10.7. Wrap Interior reserves the right to stop or cancel work if payments are not received as agreed.
11. Workmanship, Finishing & Warranty
11.1. Wrap Interior applies workmanship and finishing consistent with the company’s standards and training protocols.
11.2. Requests for finishing outside these standards may be refused. If approved, doing so voids all warranty.
11.3. Warranty does not cover:
- Surfaces affected by moisture, heat, structural issues
- Damage caused by client misuse
- Silicone works
- Installations on deteriorated surfaces
- Delays caused by site issues
- Wear and tear as well as misuse and accidental damages are not covered under warranty
11.4. Warranty covers and is limited to material discoloration, vinyl peeling and bubble formation for a period of 5 years.
11.5. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting picture evidence and will be compared to our evidence from work completion reports for verification.
11.6. Use only approved cleaning products; harsh chemicals and bleach might damage the vinyl and will void warranty.
12. Liability
12.1. Wrap Interior is not liable for:
(a) indirect or consequential losses,
(b) delays caused by suppliers, site conditions, or third parties, or damaged caused by other parties or workers,
(c) the condition of the site’s underlying surfaces.
12.2. Total liability is limited to the value of the Quote.
13. Right to Terminate
13.1. Wrap Interior reserves the right to cancel, stop, or refuse any job at any point in time if the Client:
- fails to meet payment terms,
- fails to provide required access,
- violates any of these Terms & Conditions,
- creates unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.
No compensation is owed to the Client in such cases, and deposits remain non-refundable.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration in the competent UAE jurisdiction.
SPC & LVT PARQUET FLOORING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following additional Terms & Conditions apply specifically to SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) parquet flooring installations.
1. Material Selection & Availability
1.1. Selection of SPC/LVT colors, textures, and patterns must be approved by the Client in writing.
1.2. Once the deposit is paid, material availability is subject to supplier stock; if the selected material is unavailable, Wrap Interior will propose the closest available alternative.
1.3. Any upgrades or changes requested by the Client due to stock unavailability will be billed accordingly.
1.4. SPC/LVT orders may carry supplier lead times of 4–10 days, depending on availability.
2. Subfloor Conditions & Preparation
2.1. SPC and LVT require flat, level, and clean subfloors. Any unevenness, cracks, dips, or high points will affect installation and final appearance.
2.2. Wrap Interior will conduct a visual inspection only. A full technical subfloor assessment must be requested if required.
2.3. If leveling or subfloor correction is needed, it will be charged separately.
2.4. Wrap Interior is not responsible for:
- Popping, hollow sounds, or movement caused by uneven subfloors
- Moisture damage from the original flooring
- Issues caused by structural cracks or substrate failure
3. Moisture & Environmental Conditions
3.1. SPC/LVT must be installed in dry, climate-controlled environments.
3.2. Any moisture, leaks, plumbing issues, AC condensation, or dampness under or around the subfloor will void the warranty.
3.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring all moisture-related issues are resolved before installation.
4. Expansion Gaps & Finishing
4.1. SPC and LVT require expansion gaps around walls, doors, cabinets, and fixed structures.
4.2. Failure to maintain these gaps may cause lifting or buckling, which is not covered by warranty.
4.3. Skirting boards, transitions, reducers, and finishing trims may be required and will be charged separately unless stated in the Quote.
5. Installation Conditions
5.1. The site must be clean, empty, and ready upon the team’s arrival.
5.2. All furniture, appliances, and obstructions must be removed by the Client prior to installation. In the case where furniture and appliances are already on site, there will be a surcharge to move these around.
5.3. If the site is not ready, the visit will be considered a rescheduling, and applicable charges will apply.
5.4. SPC/LVT material must acclimatize on-site for 24–48 hours before installation.
6. Warranty – 10 Years
Wrap Interior provides a 10-year warranty for SPC and LVT flooring covering the following:
6.1. Covered Under Warranty
- Locking mechanism breaking under normal residential use
- Popping, separation, or lifting caused by manufacturing defects
- Discoloration or fading due to manufacturing issues (excluding sunlight UV damage)
- Factory defects in material integrity
6.2. Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage due to moisture, leaks, spills, flooding, AC condensation, or humidity
- Subfloor movement or failure
- Damage caused by impact, dragging furniture, or improper cleaning chemicals
- Heavy loads exceeding product limitations
- Color changes caused by direct sunlight or UV exposure
- Damage caused by failure to maintain proper expansion gaps
- Scratches, dents, or wear from misuse
- Issues arising from cleaning, construction, or maintenance works performed by others
- Normal wear and tear over time
6.3. Wrap Interior will repair or replace only the affected boards under warranty.
6.4. Labor for reinstallation may be chargeable depending on the issue.
7. Post-Installation Client Responsibilities
7.1. Protective pads must be placed under furniture legs.
7.2. Rolling chairs must have soft rubber wheels or protective mats.
7.3. Use only approved cleaning products; harsh chemicals and bleach will void warranty.
7.4. Large area rugs must have non-staining backings.
7.5. The Client must avoid excessive water cleaning or steam mops.
8. Delivery, Storage & Handling
8.1. Materials stored on-site become the responsibility of the Client.
8.2. Any damage after delivery, including water damage, heat exposure, or mishandling, is not covered.
8.3. Wrap Interior is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or stock shortages.
9. Variations & Changes
9.1. Any change in layout pattern (herringbone, chevron, diagonal, etc.) must be approved in advance and may affect cost.
9.2. Changes after installation begins will be charged in full.
9.3. Leftover SPC/LVT material remains property of Wrap Interior unless purchased separately.
10. Liability
10.1. Wrap Interior is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.2. Total liability is limited to the value of the flooring quote.
11. Right to Refuse or Cancel
Wrap Interior reserves the right to refuse or cancel an SPC/LVT job if:
- The subfloor is unsuitable
- Moisture issues are detected
- Environmental conditions are not within standards
- Client fails to meet payment, access, or preparation requirements
Deposits remain non-refundable in such cases.
